COVID-19 Testing

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms should get a test at one of the centres listed below. Tests for people without symptoms are now being prioritised for essential workers, people who cannot work from home and unpaid carers.
If you have symptoms you can get a test in Wirral at the places listed below. A limited number of tests are available as walk-ins at the Birkenhead, Bebington, Heswall and Liscard local testing sites. You must book an appointment if you need a test at all other sites in Wirral.

Liverpool Airport, Manchester Airport or Haydock
You can collect a box of testing kits for you and your household to use at home or you can attend one of our symptom-free test centres to take a test with the support of our staff. You can now get a test or collect a box of testing kits from one of our rapid mobile testing vehicles when they are out and about in Wirral. No booking is required, just come and say hello.
